Almost half of North American automotive manufacturers are still stuck at square one on digitalization.
A new Automotive Manufacturing Solutions survey of 316 global industry leaders found workforce resistance and skills gaps as the top risk to transformation programs. Investment in people ranks as the top enabler of success, ahead of data infrastructure and executive buy-in.
