South Carolina ETV partnered with the Riley Institute to delve deeper into an issue critical to South Carolina (and the nation), teacher shortage. SCETV and the Riley Institute visited Finland to explore a country that’s having immense success in retaining teachers and student academic achievement to look into possible solutions for South Carolina.
