About The Event
The Logistics/Maritime Cybersecurity Mentorship Forum aims to:
- Inspire junior/senior high school and postsecondary students to explore career opportunities in cybersecurity and critical technologies.
- Highlight career paths within logistics and maritime sectors.
- Offer students the opportunity to engage with industry leaders, develop professional skills, and connect with mentors in their communities.
Our Goal: Create excitement and interest in the high-growth field of cybersecurity, while providing tools for career readiness.
Volunteer & Speaker Opportunities
We’re looking for professionals to fill the following roles:
- Keynote Speakers (1 per location; 3 total)
- Profile: Leaders in cybersecurity, maritime, technology, or defense, preferably with South Carolina ties.
- Objective: Share insights on innovation, leadership, and opportunities in your field.
- Panelists (4 per location)
- Profile: Professionals in cybersecurity, technology, or maritime industries.
- Focus Areas: Career paths, mentorship, and actionable advice for students.
- Workshop Leaders/Educators (3–6 per location)
- Profile: Experts in professional development or industry-specific skills.
- Topics: Resume building, interview preparation, and networking skills.
