Mendy Lewis

As Program Manager, Mendy brings both her passion for relationship building, and experience in event planning to the forefront, as she aids the SC Competes team in producing our variety of in-person engagement opportunities. Mendy joins SC Competes after nearly 10 years in the logistics industry, where she thrived in the fast paced environment of domestic and international transportation. As an Account Executive for Cornerstone Systems, Mendy found fulfillment in the relationships forged with her customers, and looks forward to bringing that same energy to her position with SC Competes.
After 13 years in Norfolk Virginia, she returned to her home state of South Carolina in 2022 with her 2 sons Wesley and Riley. In 2024 her family grew to include her husband, Andrew, stepson, Ollie, and a fabulous goldendoodle named Matilda. When she’s not working you can find Mendy coaching the nationally ranked Columbia Junior Rollers, or relaxing at home reading, and hanging out with her family.
